Shipping Information

Shipping Address & Verification

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and matches your payment method. Orders with incorrect or mismatched information may be delayed, flagged for verification, or canceled for security purposes.

Address Changes

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

  • If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to cancel it upon request
  • After cancellation, you can place a new order with the correct address
  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Village Mart is not responsible for lost packages, additional fees, or failed deliveries

Order Processing Time

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible:

  • Orders placed before 12 PM CST may ship the same day
  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

⚠️ During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended.

Domestic Shipping

  • All U.S. orders are shipped via trusted carriers for reliable delivery
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method
  • Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider

Village Mart is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

Stolen or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • You must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • Village Mart is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location.

Return to Sender (RTS) Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failed delivery attempts

We will issue a refund for the item(s) only.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Any additional shipping protection fees are also non-refundable

Shipping Delays

During peak seasons such as:

  • Major sales
  • Holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.)
